This versatile essential oil can be helpful if you have digestive problems. It may also be useful for easing the symptoms of colds, flu, fever, sinusitis, bronchitis, asthma, dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting – including sea and travel sickness. Plus Spearmint Essential Oil is said to help refresh and stimulate the mind.

Spearmint Essential Oil blends well with
Basil, Eucalyptus and Lavender essential oils.
Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Add a few drops of Spearmint Oil to your Aromatherapy Diffuser to help stimulate your mind.
Topical Use: Add Spearmint Oil to your carrier oil of choice at a 1-3% dilution and apply topically as a skin serum or massage oil. For facial application, we recommend a 0.5-1% dilution.
