Try a couple of drops in a warm foot bath after a long day on your feet, or blended with a carrier oil and massaged into sore muscles.

Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Add a few drops of Lemon Myrtle Oil to your Aromatherapy Diffuser for a mental and emotional uplift.
Topical Use: Add Lemon Myrtle Oil to your carrier oil of choice at a 1-2% maximum dilution and apply topically. For facial application, we recommend a 0.5% dilution.
